Each bedroom offers quite different features enabling guests to choose those which may suit their specific requirements - please read and select from the individual room list below to make your choices. The following list of features apply to all of our accommodation options:

• evening dining menu available, complemented by a carefully selected wine list, prior booking preferred.

* Enjoy full continental breakfast, served in the homestead dining area or on the covered garden veranda - included in your "Homestead Bed and Breakfast" tariff. Guests in Pipers Flat Apartment (self-contained accommodation) can choose to self cater; or add continental breakfast in the Apartment for $15.00 pp; or join other guests in the Homestead for $25.00 pp.
